10 Days Tour – Cairo, Alexandria, Fayoum, Aswan & Luxor with Nile Cruise

After a wholesome breakfast at your hotel, your personal guide will accompany you to the Giza Plateau to marvel at one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Pyramids of Giza. Continue to the iconic Sphinx and Valley Temple. Lunch will be served at a traditional Egyptian restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), located just 2 km from the Giza Pyramids. Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, then head to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, home to the royal mummies and a vast collection of Egypt’s heritage. Continue to Old Cairo, where you will explore some of the oldest churches in the country. After lunch, proceed to the Salah El-Din Citadel to admire the grand Mosque of Mohammed Ali and enjoy panoramic views over Cairo. Fly to Aswan in the morning. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the cruise staff and escorted for embarkation at 10:00 AM. Lunch will be served onboard while enjoying Nile views. In the afternoon, you may join an optional tour to the High Dam and Philae Temple. Later, enjoy a felucca ride to the Nubian Village at sunset. Early morning transfer to Abu Simbel (approx. 4-hour drive each way) to explore the majestic temples of Ramses II and Queen Nefertari. Return to the cruise for lunch. The ship sails to Kom Ombo, where you’ll visit the unique double temple of Sobek and Horus the Elder, along with the Crocodile Museum. Continue sailing towards Edfu. After breakfast, visit the Edfu Temple, dedicated to the falcon god Horus, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. Begin your day with an optional hot air balloon ride over Luxor, offering breathtaking views of the Nile and the Valley of the Kings. Breakfast at your hotel, then transfer to Alexandria. Visit the Qaitbay Citadel, built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, followed by the Alexandria Library. Early departure to Fayoum. Enjoy breakfast at Tunis Village, famous for its pottery workshops. Start a 4x4 desert safari to Wadi El-Rayan waterfalls and continue to Wadi El-Hitan (Valley of the Whales), a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit Gebel El-Mudawara and relax at the Magic Lake.
